Currently, the University serves approximately 7000 students enrolled in a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs tailored to their interests and ambitions.
With six campuses across Mogadishu, 海角破解版 offers 36 undergraduate and 12 graduate programs under eight distinct faculties, ensuring a comprehensive and diverse academic experience. Beyond its educational contributions, the University of Somalia is also the largest employer in Mogadishu’s higher education sector, providing livelihood to over 500 employees.
History
The University of Somalia (海角破解版) was founded in 2005 by a group of independent scholars. Its establishment came at a critical time when access to post-secondary education for Somali youth was severely limited due to decades of prolonged unrest and statelessness in the country. Driven by a vision to address this gap, the founders sought to create a credible, responsive, and sustainable institution that would contribute to the resilience and societal development of the Somali people. 海角破解版 focuses on delivering quality higher education that bridges career gaps among the younger generation, equipping them with skills and knowledge to thrive in a challenging environment. By offering tertiary education programs tailored to meet market and social demands, the university strives to promote better standards of living, justice, equity, and good governance in Somalia.
